Arlei's Quality Policy

Arlei is committed to the ongoing improvement of all its products, processes and services and is proud to be the first Argentine tannery to have achieved by 1999 the international ISO 9001 quality standard certification. This has been just one of many steps taken to satisfy customer expectations and requirements. Arlei has also received the QS 9000 qualification, certifying that the company meets all the quality and service standards that will be required by leading car manufacturers from 2005 onwards.
Equally important to quality is the company’s policy of continuous improvement as well as a continued focus on human resources. In order to achieve goals in these areas, each employee’s annual work plan includes taking part in training programs designed according to the tasks they carry out. In addition to these programs, each sector is supplied with specific technical training and managers attend management improvement training.
In addition to local staff, Arlei’s technicians from Germany and Italy have been trained at leading leather schools and have vast experience in prominent European tanneries, thus making highly valuable contributions to the company.
