Team Arlei Mountain Bike

Arlei’s MTB Team was founded in 2022, at a time when the world was beginning to regain its rhythm after the pandemic. It was a period in which many of us sought to reconnect with what truly matters: health, nature, and friendship. From this need for movement and well-being emerged the idea of encouraging our employees by providing credits for the purchase of bicycles, giving way to what soon became a shared passion: cycling.

Participating in different competitions allows us to measure our progress, challenge our limits, and turn each race into an opportunity to discover new landscapes, share experiences with other teams, and continue learning with every kilometer traveled.

With that same enthusiasm, the ever-growing Arlei MTB Team became the organizer of a major mountain bike event that brought together more than 150 cyclists from different provinces and localities, creating a true celebration of cycling that promotes sport, tourism, and a healthy lifestyle.
