At Arlei, we have medical assistance for the staff in all plants, with different operating methodologies for each case and always in compliance with the functions of occupational medicine and with current legal regulations.

On an annual basis, training and awareness activities are proposed, with the aim of maintaining high health standards and, in turn, reducing absenteeism. Preventive activities and campaigns are also carried out by teams of physicians and/or nurses according to each site, like the application of flu and tetanus vaccines, among others.
