At the end of 2022, we obtained the authorization from  SENASA (National Secretary of Agrifood Health and Quality) certifying we qualify to export to the European Union raw materials for the food industry.

We successfully formalized the implementation of HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) along the production line of raw trimmings, a by-product obtained from our industry. In this way, we approach a preventive system for the control of biological, chemical and physical hazards, which leads to food safety.

These by-products are used by other industries for the production of gelatin, and cold meat cover, to mention some.
